Community Based Economic Development
Meaningful change is accomplished when we come together. We work to organize people to exert a powerful and sustained impact on the policies, laws, and systems that affect their own communities, with the goal of achieving social and economic justice. We are currently focused on low-income communities who are interested in forming housing and/or labor cooperatives and working as part of a citizen coalition campaign to end childhood lead poisoning in Syracuse by 2025.
We are here to help.
If you need help forming a housing and/or labor cooperative, fighting childhood lead poisoning, or working to change oppressive policies, laws, and systems in your community, apply here for free legal assistance or call (877) 777-6152.
