Many issues can be resolved without direct representation by an attorney. The Central New York Legal HelpLine is available to any resident of our 13-county service area who qualifies based on income. Our experienced attorneys provide advice and counsel regarding a wide array of civil legal issues over the phone so that individuals can be strong advocates for themselves. We also provide several helpful links below with forms and information to help you represent yourself.
